Follow these steps

1. Goto Start
2. Click Run
3. Type regedit
4. Click OK
5. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER-->Software-->Yahoo-->Pager-->Test
6. ON the Right side if the page , Right click and choose new Dword Value.
7. Rename it as " Plural ".
8. Double click and assign a decimal value of 1.
9. Now close registry and restart yahoo messenger and try Multiple Login
